The weather was perfect for the early morning paint out at Aqua Caliente. Two painters from Green Valley came...Janice Fletcher and Jean Ranstrom. What an exceptional day to paint at an old yet familiar campsite.  The weather was perfect, but we were missing that running water from the snow melt.  Nevertheless, we had about 9 people that attended.

Thanks for coming: Jack Wahl, Kurt Anderson, Bob Goldman, Janine Manemann, Norm Sherwood, Roger Alderman, Chris Rightmer, Laurie Williams.  Wow! what a load of talent for this paintout!

May 6              Patagonia Lake State Park

Meet at the marina docks at 7:30 am

As our painting season is winding down so is the collection of artists at our paint-outs. On what was a nice day in Patagonia we had 3 artists that showed from what I've been told. I assume we are all waiting to show up for that last one of the year at Rose Canyon! Thanks to those who attended:  Bill Dublin, Holly Ahner, and Bob Goldman.

May 20             Rose Canyon Lake

Mount Lemmon Highway    - Meet at 7 am in the parking lot.

It was close to 100 degrees, but NOT where we were painting! Rose Canyon Lake was very cool

in every sense of the word and had some nice options to paint; the best part was that you really had the feeling of being right in the middle of nature. Thanks to all who attended. Carole Beckwith, Gail Munden, Laurie Williams, Rock Jackson, Holly Ahner, Janine Manneman, Bob Goldman, Norm Sherwood, Roger Alderman, Chris Rightmer.

Sorry if I missed any late comers,   TPAPS Paint-out Chairmen & President
